Dear, I am a new user of MZmine, unfortunately,I cannot go past this step as I get the error: "java version "1.8.0_45" Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_45-b15) Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 25.45-b02, mixed mode, sharing) Error: Could not find or load main class net.sf.mzmine.main.MZmineCore Press any key to continue . . ..". I intended to use the software to analyse mass spectrometry data. I use a Windows 7 OS, 64 bit. I successfully downloaded the Java (JRE jre-8u45-windows-i586-iftw) but once I open the MZmine version 2.11- startMZmine_windows.bat and click on run, I get the above error message. I even had downloaded the 64 bit JRE manually but I still got the same message. I have an R package in my computer version Rx 64 3.0.1 but am not using it presently. Kindly assist. regards, Ngina
