Hi Josh,
I got the card ejectors at mouser.com, ref 749-CP-06-WE. I do not have a 
board cage yet, I plan to build one soon as soon as I get the 18-slot 
backplane. I have the active 10 slot board but I think 18 slots will give 
more room for growth.
