I figured out 99% of my problems. I completely overlooked minimal.cfg and that is where it was pulling everything from. I also had those "already defined" errors before and had to move my checkcommands.cfg file as well as a few other ones. Now I know why. I just had to comment out/move minimal.cfg to a different directory and now everything 's working like a charm.
