It seems that you need to make dependencies for the services on the host status
to limit the amount
of notifications .
Also it is possible - if you have a set interval for each group ( set schedule
) you can define a
time period for each group to be checked.

alias exchange reboot time

monday 00:00-03:00,04:30-24:00

}
And that will help you have a sorted and set schedule for each reboot time.
