To be sure that you've totally removed it, when you file it should be dust and not that roll off.? The chemical left behind in the roll off could cause the gel to lift.? Also (not familiar with the brand of color gel you are using), but let's say it was Star or Cina Color gel....I would advise you to really be sure you've filed all the goo off.? Have your client wash her hands (scrub in for surgery really use that brush to get all remaining dust out).? Then I would use our Finishing Wipe or Straight up Alcohol to be sure any last bit of oily residue is gone.. and then apply our color gel.? We do not use a bond gel nor would you use our primer on the acrylic before the gel application. I hope this helps you out Kim.?
