I was just at the Philadelphia (WTG PHILLIES) Esthetics Congress last week.
They had these baths there. The crowd that had their feet in the baths was
amazing. They were falling for it!
You would not believe how many clients have talked about those baths and the
patches. I ask them why the "toxins" would only come out of the feet. Why
not the hands or elbows? WHAT A CROCK!
Athena, I will have to tell your story about the empty foot bath!!!
As for the fish pedicures--- I would need to know much more before I would
decide that it should be banned. I would not do this in my salon, but
obviously there are women who want to have this done.
Interesting how this has caused so much controversy when the chop shop MMA
issue is much more of a problem that could be taken care of with THAT much
media attention, but it is geared toward fish!! ;-)
buenos dias,
Lynnette

Sue and my peers.....Ya know how when you read somethang and you respond real
quick?
Well I do that and click draft.

Hey Yall,If I had a SPA with natural spring-fed pools (water running thru my
spa like France or Switzerland) I would most def have a "holistic"section where
I would have the "doctor fish" pedicures. A pool with water that is constantly
moving out is a logical answer for the sanitation issue. It would be next to
the bee venom therapy.and leech therapy! Oh yeahhh
