I just fill in the area with several layers of gel curing each layer, to get it to look "realistic", then polish as usual, when it comes off have her, clean it well with acetone and reapply to the toe with nail glue, and let it set a little bit to adhere, then repolish. Now when it comes off the next time she will need to soak it in acetone to soak the glue off, then repeat other steps. Shannon "Pat.
