Pat,
I have several clients that have an acrylic tonail or two.? You can sculpt
hails right on the toe and they will stay.? I only use acrylic for this.? I am
not comfortable doing it right on the skin with gel.
One client has had the nails removed years ago and there is sort of a calous
where the nail was.? I use a nail form and sculpt the nail right on. They dont
grow so you dont have a fill situation later.? But they do sort of wear out or
start to break down from polish changes after a time.? I will be refreshing one
girl this week and I haven't seen her for at least 3 months.? They stay on like
nothing I ever expected.? I cannot think of a time that one even came off.
The only thing I would caution is to do it on? totally dry skin/nail/bedcalous.
If there is a pedicure wanted do the nails FIRST and when they are finished you
can go ahead and do the pedi.?
If you have anymore questions I will be glad to try and help.
good luck?
Dawn

Subject: NailTech:: Gel Toenail

Hi:

?

I know this has been discussed many times before -- I didn't save any of the
posts and now find I need to know how to build a toenail.? Is Gel or A/C best
for?toenails.? This client has a bit of natural nail on one toe and nothing on
the other -- it has been removed by her podiatrist and told it won't grow
back.?

?

Thanks,

Pat.?
