Paul Bryson is in reserch and development for OPI and I believe him as much as Doug, we just dont hear as much from or about him.?? As for the chop shop supply houses there are a few in Philly.? I used to have catalogs for some and the shop I was in tried at least 3-4 different top coats that were supposed to be the one you are talking about and couldn't figure it out.
