the salon is already established for forty years...it needs work though....i have the advantage for nails because there is no on in the area that does the sculpted resin...especially the artistic stuff.im worried because it was just within the last month that the economy fell. some say its the best time to buy, some say its not a good idea. And some seam to think that economy is going to be on the rise again with the month. sooo...i really want the salon but not sure....
