Desireah our new friend! Welcome. This is not an inquisition but...a few questions please. So how are the owners basing there asking price? Will you get to review their books/financials? Will the employees stay? How much will all the repairs be and time it will take? Will the clientele stick around? Do you all ready have a clientele? Why are they selling after all these years? .are they stocked w retail and supplies?
I'm not really meaning for you to answer all these questions but Wow, so many things to consider when buyin a salon yeah. I'm sure there a many more questions that have to be answered. ...even though I have never bought a salon before... hopefully I mentioned somethang you hadn't thought of. :) I wish you well.
