HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.....

?

I can top that, Maggie. :D

?

I am thankful and happy to be able to roll my eyes at your story!!!!! It is
-35C here in Winterpeg (HA...Kalispell is known as Cowsbell here in
Montana)??and this morning the wind chill brought it down to -45. While I was
waiting for the bus this morning, my eyes were watering from the cold and the
wind and when I blinked them, I caught a blast of arctic wind in the face and
my eyelashes froze shut. (That so sucks! I know a woman whose eyelashes BROKE
OFF in the cold. True story.)?

?

It's been a struggle to keep the house above 65F. The temp has been about 10F
but with the stiff wind blowing for 2 days, down from Canada, it's been quite
cold.

?

I kid you not. My eyelashes were frozen together. Some man I didn't know (and
did not see, LOL!!) helped me onto the bus and the busdriver helped me sit
down. When my eyelashes defrosted a few minutes later, I looked like?a racoon
in a bar fight. Mental note to me: pink eyeshadow trimmed with purple, and
black uber lengthening mascara are not to be worn on storm days.

?

But my panties stayed up:D....and I got my lovely eyeshadow fixed in time for
my first-ever turn at being in charge of graduation day for my students ( <--
had to make it industry related somehow!!!)? So, how'd your first-ever, being
in charge graduation day go? Aside from the weather, any other unusual
challenges?

I have nothing pertinent to say.

I am freezing cold in my house at 69 degrees Faranheit. I'm
sure many of you are rolling your eyes at that, but I can't
feel my feet. No, I don't have a fireplace (CA wouldn't let
me burn anything in it anyway) and I'm too cheap to turn
the heat up. I'm just whining.

I'm also watching a storm approach. It's creepy. It looks
ominous and a little "Wizard of Oz-ish" out there as the
sun is being blocked out by a really nasty looking black
cloud. We don't see that often here.

Meanwhile:

I just sent my very first HTML newsletter to my whopping
mailing list of 45 email addresses.

I joined iContact and signed up for the minimum account
which lets me have up to 500 names in my mailing list for
$9.95 a month. I figure if I'm going to PAY to send email,
maybe that will motivate me to AT LEAST send out one
newsletter per month!

The account lets me send up to 6 times a month.

Pretty cool I think.

Mostly I just really wanted to post something to the list.
I'm bored, cold, and don't have to go back to work till 5.
