Lisa
I use the paraffin 2 different times
After scrub and cuticle work for people with pretty normal skin
       Or
After scrub with cuticle softening cream and rich thick lotion to soften
up people with extremely dry skin, a lot of cuticle ( ya'll know those people
who come in with cuticle 3 layers thick grown half way down their nails.). To
help soften the skin prior to cuticle work.

I am sorry you weren't taught proper procedure. Here again that is exactly why
I teach nail techs at a beauty college. I was tired of hearing that.

Good luck.

Hi,
This question is for anyone out there who uses paraffin as an add on to
manicures. At what point in the manicure do you do the paraffin? What if you
are doing a scrub also?
I am one of those who didn't get proper schooling and was never taught
anything about a manicure beyond shaping nails, pushing back cuticles, massage
and polish.
