I put lotion on their hands, dip them in parraffin, cover with the plastic and the mits and let them relax for about 10 minutes. Then when you take the plastic off you roll the wax off with the plastic and then if you need it apply more lotion and perform the massage. When I use a scrub I do it right before the parraffin dip.
