I would go to your booking agent/manager/front desk person and ask to see the book. And look at how full the LNT's are. Then explain that you take your lunch hour at ( whatever time it is you want or need to eat) and tell them to mark you out at that time everyday. But that they have to clear it with you first if they need to move your lunch to another time. Gosh there is so much I could/need to tell you. Oh ya you will be doing 95 % mani and pedi's. Hope you are good at gels Precription Nails or odorless. Because that's all you will be able to do. Mostly because of the smell associated with the monomer. Make sure you tell them that your lunch arrangements even go back to the interviewer and get it in writing if need be. Don't stand for a can of soup in a freakin closet.
