Hiya maureen- I to am a waterless mani since '96. I use blue cross.
Its been around since 1933!

I use a the reg short straight edge pusher twice on both hands.
Gently. Then I use a towel and rub all the tissue off then I go back
with a orange wood stick to exfoliate the stuff that got stuck up
under the cuticle area. . Gently folks all gently as not to causr
micro-trauma. Almost nothing to trim after that! My manicures produce
zero hang nails. I make sure all blue cross is washed off before I use
the lotion.
