I use paper cutting sissors that make different designs for paper. It works pretty good too. I will have to find them and make a sample and show you if I remember.

I remember the year I worked the booth for tony cuccio I took a star hole punch and did a f/s on myself. The star was on the very tip of my nails. . I remember that cuz since I was workin the booth for STAR it was kewl! . No one had done that yet and tony wanted to come out w a tool to use on tips to do all diff designs We needed to moduify cuz the hole punches they had out. For crafts just did not fit the tips closer to the well w/o creasin or crackin the tip. So I wonder how similar this Tootsing tool is.
