Funny, Tony and I had this discussion years ago when I was also working for EzFlow and we were doing the shape hole punch. I think we decided it wasn't as cost effective to make the cutter because of "Pinking Shears". (Hope I wrote that right). Pinking Shears are scissors that have shaped edges for doing quilting. We used to take the pinking shears and cut across the tip to get a shaped edge.
It's a neat idea...the only problem was, once the tip is covered with gel or acrylic, once the nails grow out in length, once you've filed / shortened the nail, you can't cut the shape back without cracking the acrylic or gel.
