Yeah, I would like to get back to my natural nails again, I did have some
decent nails before I started putting enhancements on. Mostly I want to
because, I don't have time for myself to keep up with my own fills. Love to
wear different things, but its getting harder and harder to find time to do
them. I do have some time this morning, to do some online ordering, as my
first client of the day isn't until 11. And I will probably get cancels all
day because of this storm hitting right now. Supposed to get really nasty out.
So gonna be a computer day today, get caught up on my emails, and watch some
TUTs maybe watch my new DVD from Young Nails. Could do my nails, LOL. Will
see.

Wow, that is a lot of weight to lose. Congrats! Yeah, most nail techs gain
weight due to the fact they sit all day. I can't wait to hear your results soon
with the vitamins, mine were just shipped this morning. I get all the over the
counter drugs & vitamins for free, including ensure and nicorette patches/gum,
basically the entire generic selection at walmart. More than likely you can
look at the maker of the b vitamins (if generic) you have and it might of been
made by perrigo in allegan michigan. Perrigo is about 9 miles from me. My best
friend (x hubby) works there and he gets me whatever I need for free. He looked
at the label on the "doctors choice" and said they had absolutely nothing to
even come close to comparing to them.
Do you plan on having your own natural nails? I doubt very much you will be
able to keep up with the fills otherwise. This is what I did: I gave myself a
manicure and a high shine buff, once I started to pay attention I noticed that
every morning the shine part was lower at the cuticle, about 1/8 inch. So do
try that! As far as your hair, pull one of your longest hairs out, scotch tape
it to the wall (somewhere only you will see lol) so when you pull your next one
out at the end of the month, you can see the difference side by side.
