Howdy Roxanne! When I first started in a small 4 tech nails only salon in 1997 my booth rent was $350 per month. When I opened my nail salon a year later, I charged $400 per month- nicer salon, more space. I currently rent in a full service salon (owned by 2 of my former booth renters and us nail girls are the ones out front!!) for $450 per month. I feel all that is pretty fair. In all cases, that covers station, chairs, pedi space to use, power, etc. Then as a salon we would divide paper towels, TP, soap, soda, and paraffin. etc.etc. Hope that helps! Yes I get tons of amenities but so do the other stations that are open. On 2/11/09, Rox Bink <[email protected]> wrote: > I'm looking to move into a rental situation.
