Hello Roxanne,

I don't know what "typical" booth rental rates would be. I suppose it would
depend on many factors. Location, demographics, high-end salons vs. day
spa's etc. I have only booth rented during my career. It works well for me.
The first salon that I was located at my rent was $110 per week, I also had
to pay for parking and a specific amount toward the front desk coordinator.

I have changes salons, high end, great location, free parking and pay about
the same.

As stated, different salons, different rent.

I think what justifies high booth rental is all about location, easy access
for your clients, total salon clientele and so forth.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask me additional questions.

Good Luck and let me know how everything turns out for you.

Jean Ann

Subject: NailTech:: Booth Rental??

I'm looking to move into a rental situation. It's an all nail All American
salon in a pretty good location good parking off main artery. The salon has
been there for a long time and doing well in this economy where others are
not.

What is the typical or average cost of booth rental?

What would justify a high $$ booth rental?

Thanks
Roxanne
