I am trying to design the right shape of nails for this. Also wondering if anyone else has ever done this. The thumb nail ends up being a very odd shape to replace the use of a thumb pick. I am trying different products and additives to the products to increase strength and acoustics. The harder the product the brighter the sound it gives. I am also thinking that fibres in the product will add strength, maybe fibreglass will work.
So, if anyone has ever tried this let me know so we can compare notes.
