Yeah.. I know.. but don't you usually have to key the 3 digit security code
on the back? I mean, I thought that was how you knew the person had their
card?  Guess it's still easy for someone to do.. Commit fraud, I mean..

there is more of a liability, keying usually means the card holder is not
standing in front of you, and a higher risk of a fraudulent transaction

Maggie,  good lesson on the "read the fine print" subject!  
 
You wrote about higher fees for business cards..well "rewards" or "points"
cards ALSO have higher fees. They gotta pay for those rewards somehow.so why
not stick the merchants who take their cards!  This always burns me!
