I find that when the gel with glitter sprinkled on it won't cure, it's usually a dark or dense glitter. If you make sure that your first coat is really thin, it will cure with no problems. If necessary add another minute to curing for that first cure, however, if it is thin 2 minutes will be fine. This is very easy to achieve when you use ManiQ for glitter toes or nails.
