Well there may be light at the end of this tunnel after all.... turns out there
is a person who has put an ad on Craigs List for a nail salon for rent.
He owns a tanning salon and has space int he back of his shop. There was a tech
who had it for 10 yrs and got out of the biz so it's up for rent.
I called about it. The guy was super nice. Said it's been board approved and he
would work with me on the $385/mo rent because I have no clients.
Best part is that it's only 15 minutes from home instead of 45.
I am going to check it out today. Wish me luck.
