Well.. I would definitely jump on that. but, let me forewarn you: be mindful of the age group that goes in and tans there. I worked at a tanning salon for a year thinking I would build business easily, but I found that I didn't. I hope you have a section separated and off to itself so you can "upscale" it.. I didn't have my own section. and I believe that is why I didn't do well at a tanning salon.. but, keep in mind too, that your location in the city may make all the difference in the world! He owns a tanning salon and has space int he back of his shop. There was a tech who had it for 10 yrs and got out of the biz so it's up for rent. I called about it. The guy was super nice. Said it's been board approved and he would work with me on the $385/mo rent because I have no clients. Best part is that it's only 15 minutes from home instead of 45.
