Opti Bond is part of the Options line, but it can be used with your traditional Akzentz gels for your problem lifters.
Opti Bond is basically the bonding agent alone, where Base and Gloss is both the bonding agent and a top gloss all in one. You can use one or the other, some techs like to use Opti Bond and B&G together. I do know that if you use the Opti Bond, it's harder to soak off the colored gels. So if you want them to be easily soaked off use the B&G only or just use the Opti Bond at the free edge.
