Congratulations on opening your own salon, I know that this is a very exciting time for you. I'm not aware of any companies that sell reliable email addresses but what I would recommend the following. Whatever Grand Opening offers that you are going to create, send them to your family and friends, etc. Then ask them to forward them to their extended family and friends. You can set up an account with Constant Contact or IContact and begin to build your list by having people opt-in for your emails.
