They both are very powerful. KUPA just came out with a cordless model as well but I have not tried it yet. The cool thing about these e-files is that if you already own a table model, all you need to do is purchase the box. Traditionally the handpiece is 2/3 the cost of the e-file, so the box usually around $100.
