Oh man! There is a lady that lives in the Lexington area. She works for CND I think her name is Pat. I think the town is Nicholasville. Thats near Elizebethtown. You can maybe contact CND and maybe someone will know her. I worked a show with her a while ago. She is very nice and her work is beautiful. Maureen
