I'm about 1.5 hours away from E-town and Ft. Knox (yes, the big gold depository you've all heard of) and we're in another time zone here (1 hour behind E-town) and I don't do gels. So she probably won't want to make that trip down!
Possibly call or email Young Nails to find out who in that area orders products from them. I've also heard that the Merle Norman Studio in E- town does nails and is very nice, but I've not been there myself, so I can't say for certain (nor do I know what enhancement systems they use).
