Rox honey, I feel your pain. Three weeks ago today I had $300 in NO SHOWS!!!!! $300!!!!!! WTH is up with people. My policy is to call me. If not, you owe me for the full appointment. Well I have to decide if it is worth it to pursue because the one client is $160.00 for less than an hours work. Do I screw myself by making her pay and lose that money every four weeks or just let it go? She will, from now on, get a reminder call AND text. This pisses them off, but I will make sure she knows. The others were also big ticket waxings and massage. It is selfish and inconsiderate of them. Right now I am contending with a bounced check client who refuses to return my calls and texts. I just got back from her bank for the third time this week to see if I can get it out of her account and it STILL is insufficient funds. How the hell people can live this way is beyond me. Sooooo, I am calling her again today and telling her that she will have to give me $170.00 by tonight or her appointment tomorrow morning goes to one on my wait list. SIGH-SIGH-SIGH.
