Terri, I cannot imagine that this would EVER cause greenies. This is classic with companies not wanting to deal with problems with THEIR product. OTOH, some clients are prone to greenies. Lately LOTS of people are on antibiotics for sinus infections, Lyme Disease, etc. This can cause greenies in select clients. It likely is not your fault.
