Ok, wait a minute. So, do I size them then put them under the lamp? I have been letting them sit under the lamp while they are on the plastic sheet and then taking off and applying to the nail. Is that wrong? I also get shrinkage at the free edge where I see white from the nail (only a tad) is that from pulling? Shannon Kuharik
