It sounds fair to me. When I had a salon, I paid 50% comm. I supplied all supplies except the nail techs ac brush and implements. I paid for all adv. also. You should ask for 60% when you are pretty much booked or ask to go to booth rent. I didn't offer 60% because I wanted them to go to booth rent. Less paperwork for me. Hope this helps.
