I just had a call yesterday afternoon,  the mother of the teen who texts while
I am applying her full set with forms on and bites her nails off sometime
during the two weeks in between fills,to give me a heads up that she only has 4
nails left on, surprise surprise surprise.  I bet by the time she comes in
today that they are all gone. She is going to get one thick set of nails on
today,  lets see if she can bit these off.  Oh well,  I charge full price for
full new set almost everytime,  don't give her any breaks anymore (no pun
intended).

Here is one that JUST happened. Can we say STUPID?
Client called me to cancel her ten this morning. Went on and on about how she
had to study. Blah, blah, blah.
I just went into my e mail and sure enough she is sending me those god awful
forwards.
Study???? OKAY.
BTW- knew she was going to cancel. Just a feeling. You know?? Sigh

Okay, how about the clients that sit there and tell you about their
personal stuff, and you are listening, months and months and months,
trying to be supportive and you know that they are WRONG, but you
can't say it??? You try to be gentle, you are trying to help them,
but you sooooooooooo know what is going to happen, and you want to
prevent it because YOU know it will tear your client apart WHEN it
does happen!!!

She needs the job, supports the family and her daughter's
family.  She complains about her boss, how he is bad, doesn't work,
blah blah.Okay she is the secretary, he is the owner, she complains
about typing personal stuff for him, blah blah.Minor stuff. (if it is
more I wouldn't feel this way, but this is minor stuff) PERSONALITY
CONFLICT HERE.  I have told her be grateful you have a job. Type his
personal stuff, he is the boss, he can play golf if he wants, he can
come in at noon if he wants, he is the boss.  She goes to the HR
department and complains!!!!!WHAT?? Of course now, her job is on the
line, because of course, the HR department contacts the boss.  Gawd.

Or the client that is an IDIOT????? Who believes that when you are
typing a document, you do not "save" it while you are typing. You
only save it when you are finished!! He was griping he keeps losing
is stuff while he is typing, or has to jump up and come back to
it.  I said hit the save button.  He says, NO, if the computer was
working correctly you never have to hit the save button.  WHAT???
Just hit the damn save button, and your problems will probably go
away!! NO WAY, he insists that it is a waste of time (ah 2 seconds,
yeah right) and REFUSES to use the save button!!!

You just want to stand up, Grab their shoulders and scream, WHAT
DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND???? LOLOLO diana from indiana
