Tweezerman. With a coarse and fine grit sticky abrasives. I get mine from State Beauty Supply. But, I heard that Sally's carries it also. It's a stainless steal handle that you can sanitize or put in an autoclave. The sticky sometimes sticks but it comes of with your fingernail. No problem. It's about $20.
