Hi everyone, 1. - I have just bought my first clay canes and a slicing assistant. I notice that it says to warm up the canes first before cutting.
What is the easiest way to warm the canes up and is there a fool-proof way of slicing them thinly? I did try slicing them and some of them have come out a bit thick. I have not used them before but wanted to add something to my service. I have a friend that is gracious enough to be my guinea pig when trying new things and then she becomes my walking advertisement. I have had some compliments from her friends but I want to be sure I am happy with what I am doing before I take more people on as clients. 2. - Has anyone used the design papers? How easy are they to use? Does anyone have any photos of nails done with the papers? I appreciate any help I can get.
