We're doing dry pedis and clients love it! It's more sanitary and it's better for the environment. We use a soapy nail brush to clean the feet, pat them dry and go over the calluses with a foot file. Take off the polish, do a sugar scrub then wrap foot in steamed towel. The heat from the towel melts the sugar into the skin. Sugar moisturizes. Use steamy towels to remove last bits of sugar scrub then do the nail and cuticle work.
