Oh I guess I should also add...I usually put the towels in there at least 30 min ahead of time so they'll be nice and warm. Then when I start the pedi, I just lift the crock part out and put it within easy reach. Put the lid back on between getting the towels out so it won't lose heat and it'll stay hot for a long time.
