Can I suggest something? Not sure if this is common practice in our field, but does anyone have their renters/IC's pay ahead? When I had my day care business, I had all families pay ahead. This way I was never stuck not being paid on Friday. When I did the percentage thing with the three places I worked at, it was always taken out after and not before.
