I tried it but it peeled on me. Someone suggested using a protein bond primer
before applying on ac. Is that what you do? What brand of gel polish do you use
on ac? Thanks Patti

Thanks Katherine, I'll check them out. I have seen their colors and they are
pretty. If I remember right they cost only $12. My few gel clients use to be
ac, but have became hooked because of the gel polish. Right now I only have
nailite colors. They work well but you do have to stir them each use. I have
heard LE stays mixed. I'm not really interested in the sog yet. Maybe
someday. Thanks for the advice.

I really love Light Elegance. They have a builder gel and I love their Fiber
gel. it has fiberglass fibers in it for more strength and you can build with it
too. I've been using it for about 10 years. I do mostly gels, 70 happy LE gel
clients. LE does have a new soak off gel, but the fiber is not soak off. They
have a lot of beautiful color gels too.

I need a new brand of gel to use. I have been trying to master Brisa for a year
now. I have about 6 gel clients now. I am so use to ac that trying to get gel
to do what I want it to do is so frustrating. Fills are ok, but when I have to
overlay or replace a nail I have the hardest time building the apex up. I did a
full set of gels today and just want to throw the gel in the trash and get out
my ac. I watched Gina's tutorial and she has a building gel just for the apex.
Does anyone know the difference between her builder and modeling gel? Which one
should you use to take care of the dip I keep getting at the apex? Any
suggestions would be greatly appriciated. What about Masterworks? I have
been trying to do my homework on these products but would like advise from you
all who have actually used them.
