Well, I WAS a CEU educator in Indiana for 10 years untill they cancelled about 4 years ago. We were required 16 hours every 4 years half of which were OSHA, Sanitation, State rules and half technical ( manicuring, hair styling, skin care etc.) As with anything else, theory is boring but, alot of points are necessary. Some people will absorb the info and use it and others will only put in their time and complain that they have to be at the class at all.
