I have a Samsung BEHOLD. (I have t-mobile not sure if it is/is not available with other providers...) It is a touch screen and works with nails also....I do NOT have long nails and sometimes wish I did when I want to place the cursor somewhere during a text etc... (I'll use a stylus of some sort) I do NOT HAVE to have a data plan...but I do :)
