Angie, I used a hand file. Although I don't own an e-file, it would be quicker. It says you can leave the bottom layer of sog on the nail, which I did. Monday I put LE sog on someone with gel polish over it and it is still on today and looks great! This is the first time I have ever put gel polish on natural nails. Do you think I should file it off with my e-file then hand file or just use a hand file? What did you use Heidi?
