Ok, here are the instructions... basic prep, dehydrator, primer, thin coat of clear gel for base--cure 30 sec, first thin gel color--cure 3 min, second thin gel color--cure 3 min, remove tacky surface layer with alcohol or their Finishing Wipe. Then it says an optional clear topcoat, and finish off with cuticle oil.
I did get these instructions off of their website, but I believe Elaine said it is down for reconstruction.
