If I really like them and they tend to run late I usually add 15 min to the 
service and just get a little breather either before or after them. I know you 
can't do that with everyone.

Becky-- I did that today  but she was still late. 
The one time I did the 15 minute thing and damn if she was not here at quarter 
of!!! I ran behind because, well I was ON time but she was early!! She wound up 
cutting off her second hour of service because she had to leave!!! LOL

Lynette, those clients that are constantly late I call a "buffer
client". I give them a time that is about 15 minutes early as a buffer
because they're always late.
