I have a client who can only go 2 weeks or the lifting starts to get crazy. She takes thyroid meds and we think that is the culprit. For some people it effects their nails, for others it doesn't. I double prime and prep diligently... any other nails she's had pop off in days - so for her, 2 weeks is awesome (most of my clients go 4 weeks)
