Cira make sure you are stirring your pots well. A toothpick will NOT cut it. If the clear gel goes to the top of the pot then you are putting on basically clear gel. Give them a stir with a metal spatula or cuticle pusher scraping the bottom of the entire pot when you stir, the color may have frost that is heavier than the clear gel, so it goes to the bottom. Then your colors should come out perfectly fine in 1-2 coats. Remember there are always going to be a few colors that are meant to be slightly transparent, just like some polish colors (allows for layering)
