Oo.... well, I've accidentally made a few stilletos in my time, lol - just sculpt and squeeze! I'd sculpt like a square, then bring the sides together at the tip, molding and shaping...then use an efile to detail work - then coat it all with a little thicker UV clear gel to hide any imperfections in your filing (since it's not as easy to file as a regular nail) Just play around with it!
